All shipments we make are by courier so that we can ensure the safe delivery of each shipment. Therefore we have the ability to replace any shipment that happened to be delivered abused by the respective carrier.

Terms and conditions:

  • Upon receipt of the defective parcel and the detection of any abuse, our company must be notified IMMEDIATELY . In case of impossible telephone communication, you must inform us by e-mail so that the courier can pick it up and return it to us. A new product will be sent to you in the meantime (if it is immediately available and no order was placed for you)
  • After the expiration of the deadline and time period that exceeds 1-2 working days, the replacement or return of the order becomes impossible.
  • We give the option of a refund. However, the return period will be determined by the respective Courier and may exceed 2-3 months.
  • These possibilities are provided only for shipments made by our order to the respective courier and in no case do they cover the receipt by your own transport or courier
